The Urban Poverty and Aflluence Instructor Resource is a piolet project by the Urban Studies Department at Queens College, City University of New York. The project’s main goal is to create a virtual space where professors and instructors of the introductory course Urban Poverty and Affluence can deposit and share their teaching tools and resources. The tools and resources included within the project will eventually encompass lectures, homeworks, readings, syllabi, reviews and exams from various instructors. Through the joint accumulation and distribution of our knowlegde, skills and experience in one virtual location the hope is to increase our capacities and effectiveness in educating our students.
